This lovely villa on Rocha Brava has its accommodation all on one level, with beautiful sea views from the living room and main bedroom overlooking the sea. This photo shows the view at dusk, with a typically glorious sunset starting to appear. The living room and dining area is air-conditioned , and is open to the hallway, giving a spacious feel.
It is furnished with stylish stone dining table and chairs, and comfortable seating. For entertainment, there is a wide-screen, plasma TV with many English channels including CBeebies, a DVD player,and a CD player/radio. Take your favourite films or music. For winter holidays, there is a wood-burning stove, which has a hot air outlet into the main bedroom, too.
The sunny patio and secluded garden is a great place to sit and have lunch, or just a drink, while relaxing and admiring the wonderful views over the Rocha Brava ravine pool, to the sea beyond.
The main bedroom has a lovely view of the sea over the garden. There is a second bedroom with a shower-room en-suite. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space.
Next to the main bedroom, there is a smart new bathroom. There is a mirror cabinet over the sink unit, in which you will find various toiletries which you are welcome to use.
The modern kitchen has a granite worktop
and is equipped with Bosch appliances, including an oven and hob, fridge-freezer,
dishwasher, washing machine and built-in microwave.
There is a utility cupboard in the hall with all
the usual household tools you would find in any home - iron, ironing board, clothes hanger
and pegs, and cleaning stuff. You may also find some left-behind toys there, too!
The villa has close access to beautiful clifftop walks.
