This lovely villa with a south facing terrace stands in its own beautiful private garden in Rocha Brava's lovely grounds.   Our villa offers the sort of additional amenities such as air-conditioning and underfloor heating not usually found in villas of this category and price range.

The private rooftop terrace has views of the sea and the swimming pool,  and is ideal for secluded sunbathing.   It is fully equipped with a dining table and chairs, sun-beds, and parasol; and  newly installed lights for fresh-air evening dining.

The spacious, airy living and dining room has two sets of French doors, facing South and East. It is stylishly furnished, and has plenty of comfortable seating.  There is a fireplace for extra cosiness during winter lettings.

Cable TV is installed, and there is also a DVD player and a CD player/radio.   We have recently installed a wall-mounted plasma TV.

There is a walled-in area outside the kitchen with a large built-in barbeque complete with typical Algarvian chimney.

The new dining suite has a large marble table with plenty of room if you want to invite friends for a meal.

The smart new kitchen is well equipped for eight people, having a Bosch dishwasher, microwave oven, an electric hob and oven, a large Bosch fridge-freezer, and an automatic washing machine.  There is an iron and ironing board, and all the usual household necessities, not always found in rental villas.

There are three well-furnished bedrooms, a large double and two twins, with an extra single bed and a cot available to hire if necessary. A hairdryer is supplied.

The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room with large walk-in shower, and there is another newly-fitted bathroom with a double sink.  (See below)  The entire bedroom and bathroom area has underfloor heating for extra warmth in winter and early spring.
